• Deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive psychotherapy tailored to individual, couples, and family dynamics through a flexible outpatient approach.
• Collaborate with team members on comprehensive treatment plans that honor clients' goals and lived experiences, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Assist clients in navigating challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and systemic oppression, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within our streamlined electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Engage in regular team case consultations, training sessions, and facilitated peer support circles to enhance clinical skills and promote professional development.
• Optionally lead therapy groups, participate in community outreach, or contribute to the development of innovative programs that expand service offerings.

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse school-based population, enabling you to work with children, adolescents, and their families. In our outpatient setting, you will help clients address their mental health challenges in a supportive and understanding environment. • Active California LCSW license. Applications from associates nearing licensure are welcome; please specify your status in your application.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient or community mental health settings, with a proven ability to deliver effective therapy.
• A deep commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care practices.
• Excellent communication skills along with a high level of emotional intelligence, facilitating effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting, balancing autonomy with teamwork effectively.

• Experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals from varied cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or program development in a therapeutic context.
