• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify strengths and challenges, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed and implemented.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to facilitate client progress and foster therapeutic relationships.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and the highest standard of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and peer support specialists, to design integrative care plans that address all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, recovery options, and coping strategies to promote autonomy and informed decision-making.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices and research to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, as well as those experiencing co-occurring mental health conditions. Our diverse clientele includes adults from various backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges. You will help empower them on their journey toward recovery and improved mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health and substance use disorder settings.
• Proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ingenuity to adapt interventions based on client needs.

• Experience working in remote or telehealth settings, utilizing digital platforms for therapy delivery.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus of USD 3,000. Our benefits package includes:
