Our team serves a diverse population facing a wide array of mental health issues within the community. As an LCSW, you will engage with clients who require support in navigating their emotional and psychological challenges, while addressing the socio-cultural factors that influence their mental health. Your efforts will directly contribute to improved client outcomes by promoting resilience and empowerment among those we serve.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient or community mental health settings is preferred.
  • Commitment to providing culturally humble, trauma-informed care that emphasizes client strengths and potential for growth.
  • Strong communication skills combined with emotional intelligence to effectively connect with clients and team members alike.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach while being an effective collaborator in team environments.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Familiarity with mental health issues specific to the diverse populations in the Visalia area.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
  • Flexible work scheduling options, including hybrid and telehealth opportunities that suit your lifestyle.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and mental health coverage.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) policy encompassing vacation days, sick leave, and public holidays.
  • Support for continuing education through CEU reimbursements and access to internal training programs.
