As a remote role within an outpatient office setting, you will have the opportunity to develop therapeutic relationships with clients through virtual platforms while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, crafting personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address a spectrum of mental health issues.
• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate seamless services and ensure comprehensive care.
• Offer crisis intervention and support during acute episodes of distress, applying clinical expertise and empathy to stabilize clients in emergency situations.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and educating the public on available mental health resources.

Our center serves a diverse clientele, including individuals from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. As a mental health therapist, you will work with clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, and substance abuse. You will play a crucial role in empowering these individuals on their paths to recovery and improved mental health outcomes.

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at establishing rapport and forming strong therapeutic alliances with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Exhibit cultural competence to effectively engage with and provide services for individuals across different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities, ensuring that all client records are meticulously maintained and compliant with applicable regulations.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Experience working within outpatient settings, preferably with a focus on rehabilitation and psychological health.
