Vision in Mind Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time therapists, offering consistent and continuous support to clients.
• Utilize creative and innovative approaches in therapy, employing various interventions to help clients achieve and surpass their personal goals.
• Document each session meticulously according to company protocols, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Collaborate effectively with your team, case managers, families, and educational personnel to uphold the quality of care and service delivery.
• Participate in regular clinical staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance professional development and team cohesion.

As a therapist at Vision in Mind, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds. • A Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential is essential.
• Experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, is necessary.
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills are critical for this role.
• Ability to set and maintain healthy boundaries with clients is a must.
• Familiarity with diverse client populations is essential, promoting an inclusive approach to therapy.

• Comfortable with Office 365 and electronic health record systems; familiarity with Valant software is advantageous.
• Proven ability to complete and submit documentation promptly and accurately.
• Experience working in community health settings or with health systems is a plus.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus.
