Key Responsibilities

As an LPCC at Highland Counseling PC, you will:

  • Manage a caseload of diverse clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries in your therapeutic relationships.
  • Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress and stability, discussing treatment goals and discharge planning as needed.
  • Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, applying evidence-based methodologies.
  • Complete thorough documentation, including progress notes and case records, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients and their mental health needs.
  • Participate in individual supervision and peer consultations to enhance your practice and promote continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will involve working with a wide range of client demographics, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.
