Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct intake assessments, gathering crucial information to understand client backgrounds and needs.
  • Hold regular sessions with clients to track their progress, adjust treatment plans, and prepare for discharge when necessary.
  • Develop, implement, and actively monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your professional skills and receive constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to enrich the therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPCC at Highland Counseling PC will be engaging primarily with an outpatient population, which includes a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support. This includes individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, families, adults, children, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Our counselors strive to create a safe environment that honors each client’s unique journey toward mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency with office software including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective practice management.
Preferred Experience
  • Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Comfort with conducting intake assessments and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model includes guaranteed rates that ensure payment ahead of collections, allowing for financial stability in your practice. Additional benefits include:
