As a member of our outpatient therapy team, you will have access to resources and tools that facilitate effective service delivery, including virtual therapy platforms and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, based on their specific needs, goals, and preferences.
• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on issues such as relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to support client progress.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care and effective treatment integration.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues or emergencies, ensuring timely and compassionate responses.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through training and workshops to stay current with therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and empower them to take an active role in their treatment decisions.
• Ensure all virtual therapy sessions are conducted in a secure and confidential environment, prioritizing client confidentiality and safety.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, spanning various age groups from children to older adults, each presenting unique therapeutic needs. Your expertise as a marriage and family therapist will be crucial in addressing key issues such as family dynamics, interpersonal relationships, and individual struggles with mental health. By fostering a therapeutic rapport based on empathy and understanding, you will help clients navigate their challenges and improve their emotional well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.
• Strong foundational skills in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans, along with proficiency in writing clear and concise clinical documentation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively in a virtual setting.
• Experience in individual and couples therapy, with a demonstrated ability to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Experience working with children and adolescents, with a focus on family dynamics and communication.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and remote therapy platforms.
• Skills in conducting assessments and progress evaluations in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
