What are PCs?

PCs, or personal computers, are general-purpose computers designed for individual use. They typically consist of a central processing unit (CPU), memory, storage, and input/output devices such as a keyboard, mouse, and monitor. PCs are commonly used for tasks like browsing the internet, office work, gaming, and software development. They can run various operating systems, with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux being the most popular. Over time, PCs have become essential tools in both professional and personal settings.

What's the best PC to buy?

For a PC job, selecting the best computer depends on the specific tasks and software requirements. Generally, a system with a recent multi-core processor, at least 8GB of RAM, and a solid-state drive (SSD) provides good performance for most professional applications. Custom-built or pre-built options from reputable brands like Dell, HP, or Lenovo are common choices for reliability and support.

Can you get a good PC for $200?
