Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PC Refresh Technician to support a large-scale desktop refresh initiative. The technician will assist with preparing, imaging, deploying, and decommissioning IT equipment in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory and organize IT equipment
  • Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories
  • Apply Windows 11 OS images using SCCM and Intune
  • Install and configure software in a Windows 11 environment
  • Update asset and inventory records in ServiceNow
  • Deploy hardware assets as required
  • Assist with decommissioning old equipment
  • Follow deployment procedures and schedules accurately
  • Provide basic technical support during deployment activities
 
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and imaging tools
  • Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, or similar deployment technologies preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to pass required background checks
