Job Summary:
Pomeroy is seeking a Tech II - PC to perform standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems. The role involves desk-side software support utilizing Windows Operating Systems and responding to service requests in a timely manner while following procedures for logging and monitoring operations.

Qualifications:
Required:
โข A+ minimum, will be required to obtain many other certifications (net+, server+, HP, IBM, and Dell specific)
