As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, developing treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, and communication difficulties.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment approaches as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary to clients facing acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans according to organizational policies.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on evolving therapeutic practices.

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including couples, families, and individuals from various backgrounds. You will work with clients experiencing a wide range of issues, from parenting conflicts in blended families to adjustment difficulties following separation or divorce. By delivering individualized therapy, you will play a critical role in assisting clients to navigate their challenges and improve their relational dynamics.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active and valid LMFT state license.
• A strong commitment to providing compassionate, client-focused care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
