activities, and supporting consolidated financial reporting across entities in the US, UK, Australia
and other jurisdictions as the business expands. Working closely with the CFO, Finance Director,
and FP&A Manager, you will help strengthen financial processes, support audit and investor
reporting requirements, and work with external advisors, auditors, lenders, and tax authorities to
ensure ongoing compliance across the Group.
WHAT WILL I DO?
โ€ข Own the month-end and year-end close processes across multiple international entities
โ€ข Prepare accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, journals, and supporting schedules
โ€ข Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with applicable accounting
standards, policies, and procedures
โ€ข Support tax compliance activities, including sales tax, VAT, GST, payroll taxes, and income
tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions
โ€ข Coordinate with external advisors and tax authorities to support ongoing compliance
requirements
โ€ข Support the preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
for the Group
โ€ข Own the coordination and delivery of the Group's consolidated annual audit, including
managing audit requirements across US, UK, and Australian entities and acting as the
primary finance contact for external auditors
โ€ข Prepare and manage lender reporting packages, covenant calculations, compliance
certificates, and related reporting obligations associated with financing facilities
โ€ข Coordinate payroll activities and ensure accurate processing, reporting, and compliance
across relevant jurisdictions
โ€ข Support investor reporting and related deliverables within a private equity-backed
environment
โ€ข Support revenue recognition processes and technical accounting reviews
โ€ข Support treasury, cash management, and foreign exchange activities
โ€ข Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and transfer pricing support activities
โ€ข Work closely with the CFO, Finance Director, FP&A Manager, and wider finance team to
support international finance operations and reporting
โ€ข Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, systems, and reporting
efficiencies
โ€ข Support business growth initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic finance
projects as required
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
โ€ข Approximately 10+ years of progressive experience within financial accounting, reporting,
audit, or financial control roles, including experience operating at a senior level
โ€ข CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification, with strong US accounting
and reporting experience required
โ€ข Able to work hours that provide significant overlap with the UK-based finance team,
including an 08:00 ET start if US-based
โ€ข Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and financial control experience
โ€ข Strong understanding of US GAAP, with exposure to IFRS and international or multi-entity
business structures preferred
โ€ข Experience supporting consolidated reporting, audits, and compliance activities within
complex or international organisation

activities
