• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships and ensuring adherence to professional ethics.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss treatment goals, and determine appropriate discharge planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans designed to address the unique needs and challenges faced by each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Administer intake assessments to evaluate new clients effectively and determine appropriate care pathways.
• Engage in individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate their therapeutic journey.
• Participate in regular supervisory meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to children and adolescents, particularly those facing challenges related to psychiatric disorders or substance abuse. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• Must meet internal credentialing requirements within our clinic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or in substance abuse treatment.
• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and providing individual and group therapy sessions.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems for documentation, with basic keyboarding skills.
