• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with patients, fostering a safe and supportive environment for therapy.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring that therapeutic goals align with their life circumstances.
• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to engage patients effectively.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, referring clients to specialists as needed.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and comprehensively, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including adults experiencing relationship challenges, individuals facing mental health disorders, and families seeking support in navigating complex dynamics. Your expertise will provide these clients with the tools and strategies they need to lead healthier lives, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of mental health principles, therapeutic methods, and the ability to provide culturally competent care.
• Strong therapeutic rapport-building skills combined with the ability to motivate and empower clients toward their mental health goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, as well as a collaborative approach to teamwork.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling, with knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Previous experience in a community clinic or similar environment, providing therapy to individuals and families.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote patient management procedures.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes full healthcare benefits, a retirement plan with company match, pay on demand, and a new hire bonus. Employees working 30 hours a week or more can expect a full compensation and benefits package, including mileage reimbursement, quarterly productivity bonuses, paid time off, holiday pay, and an annual bonus plan.
