Job Description:

We are seeking a patient-focused Call Center Specialist to support a fast-paced medical environment. This role involves handling inbound calls, assisting patients with scheduling needs, and ensuring accurate documentation within healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound patient calls (approx. 60–70 per day)
  • Book, adjust, and cancel appointments based on provider schedules
  • Collect and confirm patient demographics, insurance details, and required information
  • Enter and maintain accurate records within EMR/EHR systems
  • Direct calls appropriately and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support coordination of care
  • Respond to voicemails and follow up within established timelines
  • Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication with patients
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to healthcare privacy standards

Qualifications:
