Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to independently assess and diagnose the psychosocial needs of patients, crafting a holistic understanding of their circumstances.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized, patient-centered treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and recovery goals.
  • Implement a range of evidence-based behavioral interventions, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, tailored to enhance the client’s engagement and recovery journey.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with healthcare providers, including psychologists and primary care doctors, to foster an integrated approach to treatment and ensure comprehensive support.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, candidates will receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
