This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide services from the comfort of your home while reaching clients in need. Working from a detox center perspective, you will engage with patients virtually, ensuring they receive timely support and comprehensive assessments. Our remote model embraces technology, enabling efficient documentation and communication while adhering to best practices in patient confidentiality and care delivery.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to independently assess and diagnose the psychosocial needs of patients, crafting a holistic understanding of their circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized, patient-centered treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and recovery goals.
• Implement a range of evidence-based behavioral interventions, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, tailored to enhance the client’s engagement and recovery journey.
• Coordinate seamlessly with healthcare providers, including psychologists and primary care doctors, to foster an integrated approach to treatment and ensure comprehensive support.
• Monitor treatment outcomes systematically, maintaining regular follow-up through virtual meetings, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress towards defined goals.
• Support psychotropic medication management by consulting with medical providers, ensuring adherence, managing side effects, and evaluating the overall effectiveness of prescribed treatments.

The LCSW will primarily work with clients in a detox center setting. This population often faces significant challenges related to substance use disorders, requiring compassionate, evidence-based interventions to aid recovery. You will foster a trusting therapeutic relationship, ensuring that clients feel safe and supported as they navigate their healing journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work obtained from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy to clients independently, demonstrating capability in managing complex casework.

• Experience in substance use treatment or working with detoxification clients is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, candidates will receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
