• Conduct individual counseling sessions via telehealth with patients experiencing chronic pain, providing a safe space for them to express their emotions and thoughts.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to managing both the physical and psychological aspects of chronic pain.
• Empower and encourage patients to take an active role in their pain management journeys, guiding them through lifestyle modifications and promoting self-care strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to help patients navigate the emotional challenges associated with chronic pain, such as anxiety, depression, and stress.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing team meetings and case discussions to enhance treatment efficacy and share insights with colleagues.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Washington.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and familiar with virtual therapy tools to facilitate effective patient care.

• At least three years of relevant professional experience providing counseling services to individuals with chronic pain or similar conditions.

Override Health offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000.
