Job Title: Diagnostic Radiologist - Teleradiology
Location: Remote (U.S. Based) - Supporting Hospitals Across Nevada
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time 

About the Organization
Universal Radiology Partners of Nevada (URPNV) is a physician-owned and physician-operated radiology group committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services, operational excellence, and a collaborative clinical culture. Our radiologists support hospitals and health systems across Nevada using modern imaging workflows, advanced technology, and a focus on timely, patient-centered outcomes.
We are seeking a Remote Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team and support diagnostic imaging needs for our Nevada hospitals. This role offers fully remote flexibility, steady general diagnostic caseloads, autonomy, and strong IT and workflow support. The ideal candidate brings strong general diagnostic expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote reading environment.
  • Interpret general diagnostic imaging studies, including CT, X-ray, and ultrasound
  • Deliver timely and accurate final reads during evening and weekend shifts
  • Collaborate virtually with on-site clinicians to support patient care needs
  • Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize integrated PACS and voice-recognition systems for efficient workflow
  • Participate in remote quality improvement initiatives and team-based discussions
  • Adhere to all clinical documentation and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Eligible for Nevada medical licensure (licensing support available)
  •  Strong clinical judgment and proficiency in general diagnostic modalities
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and remote workflow skills
  • Ability to work independently during high-volume evening/weekend hours
Compensation
  • RVU-based compensation aligned with shift type and coverage commitment
  • Weekdays (8 am - 5 pm) - $40 per RVU
  • Evenings (5 pm - 12 am) - $45 per RVU
  •  Weekends (8 am - 12 am): $48 per RVU
  • Nights (12 am - 8 am) $52 per RVU
