Location: This position is remote, home office based role in specifically approved states of remote employment. Approved States: Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington State. Applicants will need to attest to meeting technical requirements for remote work functionality. Residing in the US Central time zone is optimal for coverage of majority of the US standard workday with some overlap with the European time zone UTC+1 to interface with the parent company headquartered in Sweden. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions is required.

The Technical Project Manager is be responsible for overseeing and managing IT system implementations, software development projects, and IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams as well as external consultants and vendors. Projects will range broadly from weeks to multiple years.

NWNA Information Technology has recently launched an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation for multiple companies across North America. This project will require management and coordination across multiple companies within the Group over a two to three year period. Experience in with managing large system implementation projects is a strong plus.

ERP Transformation & Data Migration Leadership

  • Serve as the Data Migration Stream Lead for SAP-to-M3 migration initiatives, owning planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of migration activities.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestone schedules, RAID logs, cutover plans, and status reporting for migration workstreams.
    • Coordinate cross-functional business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and subsidiaries to ensure successful migration outcomes.
    • Lead data discovery, profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and business signoff activities.
    • Define migration scope, conversion rules, transformation logic, and data quality standards across master data and transactional data domains.
    • Facilitate data mapping workshops between SAP, M3, WMS, eCommerce, EDI, PIM, and other enterprise platforms.
    • Establish migration governance processes and drive resolution of data-related risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
    • Manage multiple migration cycles including mock conversions, conference room pilots (CRPs), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover rehearsals, and production deployment.
    • Develop and execute reconciliation strategies to ensure financial, inventory, customer, vendor, and product data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
    • Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT leadership to define migration priorities and readiness criteria.
    • Coordinate cutover activities and provide hypercare support during go-live and stabilization periods.
    • Create executive-level status reporting and communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership teams.

Project Management & Leadership

  • • Lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
    • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and steering committee updates.
    • Manage project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource coordination across internal teams and external vendors.
    • Identify project risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and scope commitments.
    • Translate business requirements into actionable work plans for development, integration, and infrastructure teams.
    • Balance competing priorities while ensuring successful delivery of strategic ERP initiatives.
    • Mentor business users and project team members on ERP best practices, change management, and process standardization.

Additional Successful Candidate Qualifications

  • • Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
    • Proven experience managing SAP-to-M3, SAP-to-ERP, or large-scale enterprise data migration initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of ERP data structures including customers, vendors, items, inventory, pricing, finance, and supply chain data.
    • Experience with migration tools, ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation methodologies.
    • Ability to manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
    • Experience leading conference room pilots (CRPs), UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support activities.
    • Strong executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience working with global teams and supporting international business operations.

Preferred Experience

  • • 7+ years of ERP systems experience with at least 3 years leading migration, implementation, or transformation projects.
    • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Infor M3 CloudSuite, Infor WMS, or similar enterprise platforms.
    • PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
    • Experience supporting multi-company, multi-country ERP deployments preferred.
