Job description

Fullwiler Construction is a locally owned builder and developer based in Arlington, WA, specializing in townhomes, residential infill projects, custom homes, and select multifamily developments throughout Snohomish and King Counties.

We're looking for a Construction Superintendent who can take ownership of projects from ground break through final completion - leading subcontractors in the field while also managing schedules, documentation, and coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both jobsite leadership and project coordination and wants to work with a tight-knit team where decisions move quickly and quality matters.

Projects are primarily located along the Seattle Arlington corridor, including upcoming work in Ballard and Seattle, minimizing long-distance travel.

Typical project sizes range from $1M - $8M, including townhome developments, custom homes, and larger residential remodels.

This position is approximately 50% field leadership and 50% project coordination/administration.

Field Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned job sites
Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules
Ensure quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction
Coordinate inspections, permits, utilities, and city interactions
Manage punch lists and project closeout items
Perform light carpentry or jobsite adjustments when needed

Project Coordination:

Maintain and update construction schedules
Track project budgets and approve invoices related to assigned projects
Maintain daily logs and documentation in construction management software
Provide weekly written updates to clients and leadership
Participate in bi-weekly leadership meetings to review project progress
Perform material takeoffs and verify quantities
Request subcontractor bids and assist with change order pricing
Maintain photo documentation and project tracking logs
Communicate professionally with clients, trades, inspectors, and internal leadership

Experience with BuilderTrend, Construction Online, Procore, or similar systems is a plus.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a Superintendent or PM/Superintendent hybrid
  • Strong experience with residential builds, townhomes, or small multifamily projects
  • Experience coordinating site work, dirt work, and underground utilities
