Pillari Bros Construction Corp, a leader in civil construction and sitework, is seeking a highly experienced and dependable Earthwork Superintendent to join our Field Operations team. This role is critical in overseeing grading and earthwork operations on commercial and industrial sites. As a Grade Foreman, you will supervise crews, operate heavy equipment, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. We're looking for a hands-on leader with solid layout knowledge, GPS experience, and a strong background in field operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage grading crews on-site, ensuring productivity and jobsite safety
Operate heavy machinery and equipment daily (dozers, excavators, graders)
Oversee and perform grade layout using GPS systems
Coordinate and communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
Conduct daily safety meetings and uphold OSHA safety standards
Perform quality control checks to ensure grading meets project specifications
Monitor crew performance, maintain equipment, and support maintenance needs
Ensure the jobsite remains organized, clean, and compliant with regulations
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a General or Crew Foreman in grading and earthwork
Basic knowledge of surveying and layout using GPS systems
OSHA 30 certification required
Valid and clean driver's license
Strong communication and leadership skills
Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment
High school diploma or GED preferred
