What is a remote outdoor media?

A Remote Outdoor Media job typically involves managing, planning, or coordinating outdoor advertising campaigns—such as billboards, transit ads, and digital signage—while working remotely. Professionals in this role may handle client communications, campaign strategy, media buying, and creative coordination without being physically present at the advertising sites. The job leverages digital tools and platforms to monitor campaigns, report results, and collaborate with stakeholders from any location. This setup allows for flexibility and access to a wider talent pool, making it ideal for those who prefer or require remote work arrangements.

What are some unique challenges faced by professionals working in remote outdoor media roles, and how can they be addressed?

Professionals in remote outdoor media often encounter challenges such as unpredictable weather, limited access to power or internet connectivity, and logistical hurdles related to transporting equipment. To address these, it’s important to plan meticulously, invest in portable and durable gear, and maintain flexible schedules. Collaborating closely with teams back at headquarters and local contacts can also help ensure smooth workflows and timely content delivery despite environmental constraints.

Job description

Lead, Account Management
BibRave Overview
BibRave is an influencer and experiential marketing agency that specializes in fitness, outdoor, and lifestyle verticals. With 10 years' experience building and managing influencers and ambassador communities for large and small companies, BibRave brings a team of strategic social media, creative, and online community-focused experts.
BibRave also crafts bold and memorable experiences, developing creative events and in-person activations, managing ideation, project management, procurement, execution, and inter-agency coordination.
Position Summary
We're looking for an organized, strategic, client-savvy Lead for Account Management to own day-to-day client relationships and campaign execution across BibRave's portfolio. You'll be the connective tissue between clients and internal teams, translating client needs into clear next steps and keeping work on time, on strategy, and at a high standard.
This isn't entry-level. We need someone who has already managed client-facing work, builds trust quickly, and lead projects without needing every step handed to them, spotting risks early and solving problems before they become fires.
This is a fully remote role reporting into BibRave's Account Management leadership team. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 - $80,000 (+ bonus). Actual salary will vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
  • Build client trust through proactive communication and sound judgment
  • Translate client goals and feedback into clear internal direction
  • Read the room, know when to push, clarify, escalate, or quietly solve.

Account & Project Leadership
  • Lead the execution of client campaigns and activations across influencer, experiential, ambassador, and integrated work
  • Own timelines, scopes, deliverables, and trackers
  • Keep Account, Influencer, Experiential, Creative, Operations, and Leadership aligned
  • Anticipate roadblocks and flag risks before they impact deadlines or client trust
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and decisions

Communication & Meeting Ownership
  • Lead client meetings with clarity and confidence
  • Build agendas that drive decisions, not just discussion
  • Write clear recaps and status updates
  • Adjust tone and detail for the audience from client & vendors to internal coordinators

Reporting & Insights
  • Gather inputs and shape the story behind campaign results
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, polished, and tied to client goals
  • Surface insights and learnings to improve future work

Account Health & Growth Support
  • Monitor account health, satisfaction, and scope alignment
  • Surface renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities to leadership
  • Maintain account history and institutional knowledge

What We're Looking For
Mapped to our five Core Competencies, so expectations connect directly to performance.
Ownership & Accountability
  • Obsessively organized: the checklist exists before the meeting does.
  • Spots problems early, solves what you can, escalates the rest.

Bias for Action
  • Doesn't wait for perfect direction: clarifies, organizes, and moves.

Excellence in Execution
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Crystal-clear written communication across every channel.
  • Leads complex workstreams and keeps people moving together.

Collaboration & Relationships
  • Reads a room and adjusts register on the fly.
  • Stays composed under shifting KPIs and tight timelines.

Growth & Evolution
  • Curious about the "why" behind the work, not just the checklist.

We require...
  • 4-6 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or integrated marketing
  • Fluency in: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Canva, Monday.com (or comparable PM tool), and AI tools like ChatGPT
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder, client-facing projects
  • Comfortable working independently, fully remote
  • Fitness, running, outdoor, or wellness background is a plus

Perks & Benefits
  • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
  • Flexible time off
  • 401(k)
  • Fully remote, work from wherever you work best
  • Front-row seat to a rapidly growing fitness, running, and wellness industry
  • Professional development directly from BibRave leadership
  • Occasional free gear and accessories (yes, really)
  • A team that's genuinely fun. We love food, tech, ice cream, coffee, beer, and staying active

BibRave is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination. We are committed to recruiting, hiring, training and promoting qualified people of all backgrounds, and make all employment decisions without regard to any protected status.
