Dealer Service Representative Los Angeles, CA | On-site

Position Summary: Responsible for resolution of problem deals through contact with dealers, customers, field reps, insurance companies, mortgage companies, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and attempt to resolve all alerts in the Funding stage.
  • Work deals that are 4+ days old in all stages. Start with the oldest deals first and alert the C.A. once deal hits 6 days old and no resolution has been found.
  • Do not turn any deals down unless instructed to do so by the Dealer or Sales Rep. The C.A. assigned to the deal will be responsible for turning their own deals down.
  • Please make sure you stay logged in to the Hunt Group as much as possible. This report will be monitored on a daily basis.
  • Any verification requests given by the Regional Manager or Credit Analyst to fast track the deal into Funding.

Pay Rate:

  • $17.87 per hour
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
