Senior Client Services Representative (Remote West Coast)- Financial Services
Salary: $60,000/year
Employment Type: Direct Hire
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Representative to support financial advisors and their clients with day-to-day account servicing and operational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in RIA, broker-dealer, custodian, or wealth management operations who enjoys problem-solving and providing high-level service.
What You'll Do
  • Provide responsive, professional support to financial advisors and clients
  • Process new account applications and account maintenance requests
  • Handle money movement, distributions, transfers, rollovers, and ACATs
  • Review paperwork and resolve NIGO (Not in Good Order) items
  • Research and resolve account-related questions and operational issues
  • Communicate with advisors regarding account status, required documentation, and next steps
  • Navigate custodian and broker-dealer platforms to process and track requests
  • Maintain accurate client and account information within internal systems
  • Provide consistent follow-through to ensure requests are completed accurately and on time

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of financial services experience, ideally within an RIA, custodian, broker-dealer, or wealth management environment
  • Hands-on experience with account processing, transfers, money movement, and NIGO resolution
  • Experience with major custodians or broker-dealers such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, LPL Financial, Morgan Stanley, Edward Jones, Raymond James, Merrill Lynch, Vanguard, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, or Pershing is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with industry technology such as Salesforce, Orion, and Slack is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone presence and a client/advisor service mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
