This role is critical to ensuring successful delivery of large‐scale 5G and LTE deployments for Tier‐1 mobile operators. Detailed Job Description As a Customer Project Manager, you will take full ownership of wireless deployment initiatives, coordinating multi‐disciplinary teams across engineering, construction, vendors, and clients.

You will manage complex implementation programs involving site acquisition, construction, integration, and optimization activities. Acting as the primary customer interface, you will ensure delivery excellence across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. The role requires deep understanding of wireless network deployment lifecycles and strong experience working within Magenta (T‐Mobile) environments.

This is a high‐impact, remote role offering visibility across some of the most important wireless rollout programs in the US. Key Responsibilities Lead end‐to‐end management of wireless deployment and implementation projects (5G/LTE) Coordinate cross‐functional teams including engineering, construction, and integration groups Manage site acquisition, construction, and deployment activities Act as the primary customer and stakeholder interface Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and change control Oversee vendor management, including general contractors, architects, and engineering partners Ensure timely, high‐quality delivery aligned with customer and operator expectations Required Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of experience in telecommunications project delivery Extensive experience in wireless construction and deployment projects Strong background in 5G/LTE network implementation and rollout Proven experience managing large, complex telecom programs Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Nice‐to‐Have Skills Prior experience working with T‐Mobile (Magenta) environments PMP or equivalent project management certification Experience in network integration and optimization projects Strong vendor and third‐party management background Experience operating in remote, multi‐state US projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
