\n Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce, including sales lifecycle management, forecasting, service operations, knowledge management, and AI\-driven automation.

\n Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, security concepts, and governance frameworks from a functional architecture perspective.

\n Experience designing scalable integration approaches and collaborating with technical architects on APIs, middleware, and enterprise system connectivity.

This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits, individual and team performance awards, others.
