Job description

Position: Remote Orthodontist – Medicaid Chart Review (New Hampshire) We are seeking an Orthodontist to perform remote Medicaid chart reviews supporting the State of New Hampshire. This role focuses on reviewing orthodontic cases for medical necessity, treatment appropriateness, and compliance with state guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Review orthodontic records, treatment plans, and Medicaid submissions Evaluate medical necessity and appropriateness of proposed/ongoing treatment Ensure compliance with state Medicaid criteria (e.g., malocclusion severity, documentation) Provide clear written determinations and recommendations Requirements: DDS or DMD from an accredited program Completion of an accredited Orthodontics residency program Active New Hampshire dental license OR willingness to obtain prior to start 3+ years of orthodontic clinical experience Experience with Medicaid or utilization review preferred Schedule: Remote Approximately 50 hours per month #CB
