Overview
Our expanding virtual team is currently seeking organized and client-focused individuals interested in helping travelers create enjoyable and stress-free vacation experiences. As a Remote Hospitality Consultant, you will work with clients to coordinate travel arrangements, review getaway options, and assist with the overall preparation process for a wide range of leisure trips.
This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy assisting others, managing details, and working in an independent online environment. From resort vacations and cruises to special occasion travel and guided experiences, you'll help support clients throughout the planning journey while building valuable industry knowledge along the way. Training and continued guidance are provided.
What You'll Handle

  • Help clients organize travel experiences including hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, and activities
  • Explore destination possibilities based on traveler interests, schedules, and budgets
  • Share planning support and travel suggestions to help clients make informed decisions
  • Communicate with travelers through digital platforms, email, and phone when necessary
  • Coordinate booking requests, confirmations, and updates with travel suppliers
  • Keep reservation details and itinerary information organized within internal systems
  • Stay informed about travel opportunities, seasonal offers, and supplier updates
  • Assist clients throughout multiple stages of the vacation planning process

  • Organized and comfortable balancing multiple requests at once
  • Ability to work independently within a remote setting
