Organizational Design and Change Management Consultant at a Fortune 50 Company

Design and execute organizational change strategies that align with client objectives and strategic goals.

Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored change management plans.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.

Lead the development and delivery of training programs to enhance workforce capabilities and support the adoption of new processes and technologies.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated change management efforts.

Provide thought leadership and insights on best practices in organizational design and change management to clients and internal teams.

Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and client presentations. 

Core Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

6+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, or a related consulting role within a leading consulting firm.

Demonstrated success in leading organizational change initiatives, including cultural change, restructuring, and process optimization.

Deep understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model).

Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
