STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum)

Overview
As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a new remote position to our IT team.
The Oracle & ORMB Systems Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise technology solutions that power critical business operations.
In this role, you will leverage Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to build and maintain scalable, high-performing solutions. You'll collaborate closely with technology, finance, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver seamless integrations, optimize system performance, and support ongoing business growth.
This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Infrastructure and this the developer will work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
  • Design and implement solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud to support Oracle Fusion and ORMB in alignment with financial, billing and revenue management processes.
  • Designs and develops integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud to connect Oracle Fusion applications with external systems.
  • Configures and customizes Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) modules to meet business requirements.
  • Builds and maintains middleware components using Oracle Fusion technologies.
  • Ensures data integrity and performance optimization across Oracle platforms.
  • Collaborates with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implements best practices for secure and compliant data exchange across systems.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to Oracle integrations and ORMB configurations.
  • Participates in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
  • Documents technical specifications, workflows, and integration mappings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • Oracle certifications in ORMB, OIC, or Fusion Applications required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle development, with a focus on ORMB, OIC, and Fusion Applications required.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ORMB architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, and orchestration flows.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Applications, including Financials, HCM, or SCM modules.
  • Solid knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, XML, and XSLT.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft/Oracle database concepts.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Knowledge of data migration and transformation strategies.
  • Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URAC.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
