• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to understand clients’ mental health concerns, establishing individualized treatment plans that target their specific needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to various mental health disorders.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring an integrated approach to client care.
• Provide ongoing education and support to clients' families, fostering understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client records.

This role focuses on working with a diverse array of clients from various socio-economic backgrounds, many of whom face complex mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Our clinic aims to offer a safe space where clients feel empowered and supported in their journey towards improved mental health and well-being.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling is essential for success in this role.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based practices tailored to a variety of mental health disorders will be beneficial.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, essential for effective collaboration with the treatment team.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting with a focus on community health.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of cultural competence in mental health.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
