The Salvation Psychotherapy Center is seeking compassionate and driven Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a member of our team, you will provide critical support to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. You will utilize evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each patient's unique needs are met while promoting their overall well-being.

The Salvation Psychotherapy Center is a leading outpatient psychiatric practice dedicated to providing outstanding mental health services to individuals and families throughout Fort Worth, Texas, and beyond. Work Environment

This role operates entirely in a telehealth setting, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own home. Our remote operations are supported by advanced technology and secure telehealth platforms to ensure a seamless experience for both therapists and clients. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to meet patient care demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs, crafting detailed and individualized treatment plans based on those assessments.
  • Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups, fostering a sense of community and providing vital information that assists clients in their recovery journeys.
  • Partner with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, delivering immediate support during mental health emergencies and ensuring patient safety.
  • Educate clients about their diagnoses, treatment processes, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery.
