The Salvation Psychotherapy Center is seeking compassionate and driven Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a member of our team, you will provide critical support to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. You will utilize evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each patient's unique needs are met while promoting their overall well-being.

This role operates entirely in a telehealth setting, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own home. Our remote operations are supported by advanced technology and secure telehealth platforms to ensure a seamless experience for both therapists and clients. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to meet patient care demands.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs, crafting detailed and individualized treatment plans based on those assessments.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups, fostering a sense of community and providing vital information that assists clients in their recovery journeys.
• Partner with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services, delivering immediate support during mental health emergencies and ensuring patient safety.
• Educate clients about their diagnoses, treatment processes, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and confidentially in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to the collective knowledge and team cohesion.
• Remain current with advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new research and techniques into your practice.

Your work will directly impact a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health issues, including adolescents, adults, and families. You'll have the opportunity to support individuals from different backgrounds and demographics, ensuring equitable access to mental health care through tailored therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid licensure in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health disorders coupled with a robust understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Strong competence in conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, underlining the importance of empathy in therapeutic relationships.
• Adherence to ethical standards with sound professional judgment and boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, ensuring smooth documentation and client management.
• A collaborative mindset for working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting providing teletherapy.
• Experience with specific treatment modalities that align with diverse presenting concerns.
• Familiarity with community resources and support services to enhance patient education and referrals.

The Salvation Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
