Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

  • Establish and monitor therapeutic goals to track client progress effectively through regular check-ins.

  • Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring their mental health needs are met effectively.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and committed to providing non-judgmental care to clients from all walks of life.
Preferred Experience

Experience in a community health clinic or private practice setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and digital documentation systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Previous experience working with diverse populations and specific treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition, our organization provides:
