What We're Looking For:

If you are experienced in marketing operations, enterpriselevel digital marketing ecosystems, and have advanced expertise with marketing automation technologies, then you will be excited about the opportunity to join Iridium as a Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager on our Global Marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for independently managing complex systems, processes, and crossfunctional initiatives that power demand generation, digital engagement, and datadriven marketing strategy.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you will focus primarily on architecting scalable workflows, optimizing martech tools, and governing the data that fuels automated customer journeys and accountbased marketing motions. You will succeed in this role if you enjoy solving complex operational challenges, crafting efficient processes, and partnering closely with teams across marketing, sales, analytics, and IT to elevate digital performance.

What You'll Do:
  • Work independently to configure, optimize, and administer core marketing technology platforms used for automation, data management, analytics, and account based marketing.
  • Be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and implementing new marketing technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and return on investment.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated workflows that support lead capture, nurturing, automated campaigns, email journeys, and sales enablement processes.
  • Analyze data and transform insights into meaningful recommendations that drive decision making for demand generation, campaign performance, ABM engagement, and revenue attribution.
  • Determine and maintain lifecycle data flows between marketing and sales systems, including lead and account scoring, routing, CRM integration, and re engagement programs.
  • Craft solutions to ensure data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and governance across marketing databases.
  • Play a key role in managing the digital marketing campaigns calendar and communication cadences to ensure balance, coordination, and alignment across teams.
  • Provide internal consultation to stakeholders by sharing best practices, technical guidance, and strategic recommendations to maximize digital campaign performance.
  • Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and closed loop measurement models from ICP targeting through closed won opportunities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to accelerate and scale enterprise demand generation efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors supporting martech administration, integrations, or project based initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data/analytics, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the marketing operations or digital marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts, processes, and recommendations clearly across varying audiences.
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with cross functional partners, including senior leadership, and provide constructive feedback when needed.
  • Skilled at analyzing complex problems, generating effective solutions, and seeing those solutions through to implementation.
  • Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in determining methods for new assignments and designing scalable processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment by managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines.
  • Proactive in sharing knowledge, documenting processes, onboarding users, and driving adoption of new tools and workflows.
  • Passionate about operational efficiency, digital experience optimization, and transforming data into actionable insights.
Things That Would be Great if You Brought to the Table:
  • Certifications in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or related martech tools
  • Experience with AI driven content, targeting, scoring, or optimization models
  • Proficiency with BI or data visualization platforms
  • Experience supporting ABM strategies and technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing data governance, enrichment sources, and segmentation approaches
We'll also need you to:
  • Be able to work in the office at least 3 or more days a week to foster collaboration with the team and stakeholders
