Bilingual Recruiter (French/English) – Contract, Ad-Hoc Support

Location: Ontario or Quebec, Eastern Time Zone (Remote)
Position Type: Contract | On-Demand Recruitment Support

Hourly Wage: $30-45/hour, based on exerience

We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (French/English) to provide ad-hoc recruitment support for high-volume hiring needs across a variety of operational and frontline roles. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys fast-paced recruitment environments, thrives on building strong candidate pipelines, and values flexible contract-based work.

This is not a full-time position. Support will be engaged on an as-needed basis depending on hiring volumes and project demands.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles
  • Posting jobs and sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Conducting phone screens and initial candidate assessments in both French and English
  • Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
  • Tracking recruitment activity and maintaining accurate candidate records
  • Supporting quick turnaround hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience recruiting for high-volume or operational roles
  • Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a contract/ad-hoc environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar
  • Ability to move quickly while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
