Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload effectively, ensuring that you adhere to your work schedule and consistently deliver quality services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress using our electronic medical records system, ensuring that all treatment plans are updated regularly.
  • Assist clients with identified financial or social needs, connecting them with resources that can support their overall well-being.
  • Continuously pursue professional development opportunities to remain informed about best practices and advances in the mental health field.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the organization and its clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role specifically focuses on supporting youth, helping them to navigate personal and academic challenges. Your expertise will play a critical role in empowering young individuals, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to social skills and coping strategies. Each session aims to build resilience and foster a sense of agency, equipping clients with the necessary tools for lifeโ€™s challenges.

Qualifications
  • Candidates must hold an independent license to practice in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree within clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to effectively manage client caseloads and maintain exceptional service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
