Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in required team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with colleagues to enhance therapeutic strategies.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards, adhering to all relevant codes of conduct relevant to your professional licensing.
• Implement and follow established policies and procedures that guide our therapeutic practices and organizational goals.
• Manage a full caseload effectively, ensuring that you adhere to your work schedule and consistently deliver quality services to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress using our electronic medical records system, ensuring that all treatment plans are updated regularly.
• Assist clients with identified financial or social needs, connecting them with resources that can support their overall well-being.
• Continuously pursue professional development opportunities to remain informed about best practices and advances in the mental health field.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the organization and its clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role specifically focuses on supporting youth, helping them to navigate personal and academic challenges. Your expertise will play a critical role in empowering young individuals, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to social skills and coping strategies. Each session aims to build resilience and foster a sense of agency, equipping clients with the necessary tools for life’s challenges.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold an independent license to practice in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• A Master's or Doctorate degree within clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to effectively manage client caseloads and maintain exceptional service delivery.
• Applicants should demonstrate the ability to remain positive, motivated, and enthusiastic in a dynamic work environment, particularly when faced with high caseloads.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working with youth in a therapeutic capacity is highly desirable.
• Experience with electronic medical records and treatment documentation can enhance operational efficiency in this role.
• A background in community outreach or engagement can further leverage your ability to connect clients with needed resources.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
