• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing consultation to assist in creating pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, medication management strategies, and positive behavior support plans.
• Complete all necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timely submission.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement initiatives prioritizing client well-being and safety.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of Empath Behavioral Services.
• Serve as a liaison to local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to align resources with client needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and networking with professionals in the field.
• Promote and integrate the organization’s mission, values, and principles into daily practices.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet the needs of the organization.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Empath Behavioral Services, you will work with a diverse client population facing various challenges related to mental health, substance use, and developmental disabilities. • A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Possess an active and independent LPCC License in California.
