Your Impact
You'll welcome, train, and mentor new Behavior Interventionists-helping them feel confident, supported, and ready to deliver high-quality ABA services.
What You'll Do
  • Lead live, remote ABA training cohorts
  • Mentor new hires through onboarding
  • Create an engaging, positive first experience
  • Provide real-time feedback and coaching
  • Partner with home centers on scheduling and readiness
  • Track training completion and engagement
  • Share performance feedback with leadership
  • Help improve and evolve our training programs

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, ABA, or related field
  • 1+ year experience as a Behavior Interventionist (ABA)
  • Strong ABA knowledge and communication skills
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting others
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs
  • Meets background, TB, and employment requirements

Nice to Have
  • Mentorship or training experience
  • Group facilitation or presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Scheduling or practice management software experience
