• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that are culturally and contextually relevant, aiming to achieve specific therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings. Employ techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support and collaboration with other healthcare professionals for continuous care.
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with industry regulations while ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to manage mental health challenges.
• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, facilitating a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and implement necessary adjustments to treatment modalities.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and trends in mental healthcare to enhance clinical expertise and service delivery.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and patient confidentiality standards.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. We emphasize culturally sensitive approaches that honor the unique needs and perspectives of each client, ensuring an inclusive environment where all patients feel valued and understood.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
• A strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

• Prior experience working in community health or outpatient settings is preferred.
• Experience utilizing therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and SFBT in practical settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
