We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Weekend OnCall Coordinator to support our clients, their families, and our caregiving team. This role ensures smooth operations during offhours and plays a key part in maintaining exceptional care.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Answer agency phone calls and monitor voicemail, email, and TextEmAll messages
  • Respond promptly and professionally to clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients
  • Document new client inquiries in the Intake Summary Form and notify the owner
  • Coordinate caregiver scheduling, including filling calloffs and open shifts
  • Ensure all nextday shifts are fully staffed by the end of each oncall day
  • Report client, family, or employee concerns as well as any incidents to supervisory staff
  • Participate in a weekly client status call with office staff and nurses
What Were Looking For
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients
  • Detailoriented with excellent customer service abilities
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet timesensitive needs
  • Resident of the Washington, DC metro area
  • Availability for occasional weekday offhours support is a plus
