A Remote On Call Coordinator is a professional who manages and coordinates on-call schedules, responses, and communications for organizations, usually in healthcare, IT, or customer support sectors. They work remotely to ensure that urgent issues are addressed promptly by the appropriate personnel, often acting as a liaison between clients, staff, and management. Their role involves handling after-hours calls, dispatching resources, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions. This helps organizations provide continuous support and maintain operational efficiency outside of regular business hours.
