SLED Contracts Specialist I

Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage administration, compliance, and support for internal State, Local, and Education (SLED) contract vehicles such as OMNIA, DIR, CMAS, SLPs, Massachusetts IT, NY OGS, and others.
  • Prepare pricing updates, contract modifications, and maintain accurate contract documentation.
  • Provide guidance on contract requirements, including onboarding, reporting, compliance, and teaming.
  • Oversee contract landing pages, partner/supplier rosters, visual updates, and related program materials.
  • Support contract renewals, lifecycle milestones, and ongoing compliance activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with legal, operations, accounting, sales, and program management teams.
  • Track, report, and process required contract-related fees.
  • Serve as a relationship manager and primary point of contact for suppliers, partners, customers, and contracting stakeholders.
  • Contribute to capture efforts and bid/proposal activities.
  • Prepare monthly metrics and reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Educate and train sales teams and internal stakeholders on contract use, requirements, and processes.
  • Implement and manage company policies related to contract administration.

What We Are Looking For:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in contract management, preferably within IT product-based public-sector programs.
  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or compliance.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing supplier and reseller relationships.
  • Experience working with SLED cooperative contracts (NASPO, OMNIA, DIR, CMAS, PEPPM, etc.).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$87,900.00 - $96,500.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
