Title: Member Development Manager (Inside Sales Account Representative)

Summary:
The OMNIA Partners team is looking for a lively, driven individual to join the Inside Sales Organization (ISO) as a Member Development Manager. This position primarily involves growing revenue in an assigned territory of Public Sector or Private Sector OMNIA Partners members. This is done by making outbound phone calls, conducting virtual meetings to build relationships with members, and leveraging our supplier partner offerings to increase sales.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to uncover and provide solutions for any procurement needs a member has and effectively manage internal and external relationships. The chosen candidate will be immersed in a 4-week training program, learning the ins and outs of OMNIA Partners, making important connections with colleagues, and becoming a part of the competitive and spirited culture. The selected candidate will have a tremendous opportunity to be a part of the growth for the nation's premier group purchasing organization.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Connect OMNIA Partners members with key supplier partners to aid in their procurement needs.
  • Build relationships, explore needs, and uncover opportunities with customers and supplier partners in an assigned territory.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with customers via phone and email.
  • Meet and exceed weekly metrics to grow revenue in an assigned territory or with assigned accounts. This includes calls, virtual meetings, emails, and supplier trainings.
  • Stay on top of all follow up tasks and continue to strengthen relationships with members.
  • Collaborate with regional sales partners for continuous market research and understanding of your assigned territory.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other data tools to manage an opportunity pipeline.
