VIP Runner - OMNIA Dayclub
Job Description
The VIP Runner is responsible for promoting, representing the company, and marketing events at Tao Group Hospitality venues. The primary function of the VIP Runner is to increase table sales, admission and bar revenue through guestlist and table reservations. The position requires sourcing potential guests from the local population, hotels and casinos, social media, and other relevant channels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 
  • Engaging and providing potential guests information to visit Tao Group Hospitality venues. Educating oneself with selling/promoting techniques, talent, and venue knowledge â–ª Creating a reliable and updated network of former and future guests, industry contacts, and reputable leads. 
  • Manages table requests and spending minimums for table requirements
  • Manages capacity in conjunction with security to ensure venue safety regulations are maintained
  • Utilizes reservation system to manage, seat and book where applicable.
  • Responsible for converting dining reservations to lounge/nightlife venue reservations.
  • Liaisons with VIP marketing teams to transfer guests to additional Tao Group Hospitality properties
  • Tracks host reservations
  • Commission eligible based reservation bookings
  • Required to comply with all Nevada Gaming Control board standards
  • Be attentive to all company related events and upcoming venues and changes
  • Responsible for engaging in outreach for marketing purposes
  • Maintain and meet all marketing requirements such as social media requirements, guest list, contact information forms, Facebook invites and bulletins
  • Posting engaging content online, in line with company policy, to attract guests to our events and venues.
  • Responsible for maintaining the workstation / podium in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Maintain and promote a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff
  • Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and networking skills are required
  • Minimum 1 year in the nightlife or hospitality industry; sales experience is preferred
  • Proficient in the use of social media applications
  • 21+ years of age
