We are seeking a proactive and technology-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions across multiple departments.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Utilize Boolean searches and recruiting technologies to identify passive candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Create and post job advertisements across recruiting platforms and company career pages.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and hiring metrics within the ATS.

Technology & Recruiting Tools

  • Leverage recruiting technology platforms including:

Onboarding & New Hire Lifecycle

  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through new hire orientation.
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure completion of employment paperwork and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and pre-employment screenings.
  • Schedule onboarding sessions, orientation meetings, and training activities.
  • Partner with HR, payroll, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Monitor new hire progress during onboarding and assist with employee transition into the organization.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives during the first 90 days of employment.

Human Resource Support

  • Maintain system records and HR files.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee questions and HR inquiries.
  • Prepare HR reports, documents, and correspondence.ย 
  • Help ensure compliance with company HR policies.
  • Assist with employee training and development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR onboarding experience.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and onboarding systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
