Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Author diagnostic and removal/installation procedures for automotive components and systems
  • Use engineering documentation, CAD, and on-vehicle validation to create accurate service content
  • Perform hands-on analysis and problem-solving of electrical and electromechanical systems
  • Validate service procedures through direct interaction with prototype vehicles
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure service information reflects real-world technician needs
  • Apply structured checklists to verify functionality and define serviceability processes

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive service, engineering, or technical authoring
  • Understanding of basic electrical components and electromechanical systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on garage or prototype environment
  • Excellent collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
