Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team in Minocqua, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and groups, helping clients manage and overcome emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
