• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and devise appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Deliver a spectrum of therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care that advocates for the holistic well-being of each client.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, as well as actively engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of current research in mental health.
• Run therapeutic group sessions and educational workshops to facilitate community engagement and disseminate mental health awareness.

As a Licensed Clinical Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating a record of effectively supporting clients.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant counseling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing rapport with clients.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a remote counseling environment, adept at utilizing technology to deliver effective therapy.
• Knowledge of community resources for referrals and collaboration with healthcare providers.
