Job Title: Supply Chain Support Project Manager
Location: Columbus, OH (Remote Mondays & Fridays; Onsite Tuesdays-Thursdays)
Contract Length: 6 Months (Strong possibility of extension)
Rate: Up to $90/hour
Contract Type: W-2 Only (U.S. Citizens - No visa sponsorships)


Position Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Support Project Manager to join a PMO transformation initiative within a utilities organization. This role will be instrumental in supporting the establishment and operations of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE), maintaining visibility across initiatives, risks, and dependencies, and ensuring consistent governance and accountability across the supply chain function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain COE.
  • Maintain a centralized and real-time view of supply chain initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Ensure COE standards, tools, and insights are effectively adopted across all relevant teams.
  • Drive consistency, transparency, and accountability in program execution across the supply chain portfolio.
  • Support executive and cross-functional stakeholder alignment through clear reporting and centralized dashboards.
  • Facilitate governance structures, including cadence planning, documentation, and issue/risk tracking.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, or business transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or establishing Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Experience in supply chain or operations-focused environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project/program management tools, templates, and methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Utilities industry experience a plus.
