• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient status using appropriate clinical tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to design tailored treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and specific needs.

• Monitor and assess each patient’s progress, adapting interventions and strategies based on outcomes to provide comprehensive mental health support.

• Accurately prepare and maintain treatment records and clinical documentation utilizing modern electronic systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive and effective care plans that address the patient's goals and the desired outcomes.

• Design and implement targeted treatment goals and interventions, promoting patient safety and symptom management while fostering teamwork and communication among peers.

• Act as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers, coordinating referrals and establishing strong working relationships with community resources.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
